Shipping information and costs

All orders are packed and dispatched from the Wild July Sydney studio within 5 business days. An email including tracking details will be sent once dispatched.

All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracked shipping, shipping costs are outlined below

Can you combine orders?

Of course, if you check out multiple times within a day or two, please email me at with your order numbers so I can refund the extra shipping. Please ensure to get in touch as soon as possible as if one of your orders has already been dispatched it will be too late to combine.


Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons I am unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings. However if you have any issues with your order, please email as soon as the issue is apparent.

How do I care for my new earrings?

I have sensitive ears, what materials do you use?

Same here! All stud posts, hoops and hooks (i.e. anything that goes through your lobe) are made from surgical stainless steel which is hypoallergenic, the materials used are also super lightweight so don’t cause unnecessary pull on your lobes. Clip ons are also available for those without pierced ears.
